Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, document, and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare QC reports.
- Coordinate with production and packaging teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure products meet company and customer specifications before dispatch.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate; DAE (Mechanical) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a quality control role (preferably in stationery, packaging, or plastic manufacturing).
- Shifts: 8 AM – 8 PM or 8 PM – 8 AM (rotational).
- Location: Must be based in or near Rawat Industrial Estate.
- Transport: Must have reliable means of transport.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, record keeping, teamwork, and basic MS Office skills.
