Charity Officer

The Charity Officer will support in executing charity-related activities, including recipient (donee) verification, selection, and program support. This role involves also field travel to verify recipients and monitor ongoing charity initiatives, providing valuable exposure to non-profit operations and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing processes for recipient (donee) verification and selection.
• Compile and review documentation from potential charity recipients.
• Conduct field visits to verify recipients and monitor charity program implementation.
• Support basic due diligence and eligibility assessments under supervision.
• Gather and organize data to evaluate the effectiveness of charity programs.
• Track and maintain accurate records of expenses and charity activities.
• Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of charity processes through feedback and observations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (fresh graduates to experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Interest in non-profit work, community development, or social impact.
• Willingness and ability to travel to field locations, out of city occasionally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn analytical processes.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
