Job Summary

We are seeking Career Counsellors to guide students through their study abroad journey. You will provide expert advice on course selection, university choices, and career pathways, and help students make informed decisions about their international education goals while converting inquiries into confirmed applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students and their parents/guardians.
  • Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capabilities.
  • Provide detailed information about universities, courses, and study destinations.
  • Guide students through application processes, documentation, and deadlines.
  • Assist with course selection based on career objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct group information sessions and educational seminars.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of admission requirements and visa processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university representatives and partners.
  • Track student applications and follow up on admission outcomes.
  • Provide pre-departure orientation and guidance.
  • Convert leads into successful applications and enrollments.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
