Job Description:

As the Manager of Operations, you will:

Responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound call center activities.

Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.

Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to the management.

Coaches team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to boost their skills.

Experience working on multiple campaigns like Solar, Health Insurance, DME, Final Expense, and Medicare would be an added advantage.

Responsible for managing and motivating customer sales representatives to work alongside them to hit KPIs and metrics.

Identifies operational issues and suggests possible improvements.

Experience with campaigns such as Solar, Health Insurance, DME, Final Expense, and Medicare is a strong plus.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a call center or tele sales environment.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and inspire sales teams.

Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in daily performance tracking and reporting.

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for report generation and performance analysis.

A results-driven approach with a keen eye for quality and improvement.
