Reconciliation Officer

• Ensure SOP Compliance & controls, especially for cash handling and COD submissions, Floor Balancing, short received cases resolution.
• Reconcile COD collections vs delivery data from field couriers and relevant teams.
• Match internal financial records with bank deposits, payment, against the KPIs compliance.
• Monitor payment mismatches and investigate discrepancies timely.
• Ensuring controls and compliance through random / surprise visits of branches / local hub operations.
• Conducting the balancing at the day end. (physical verification of undelivered shipments)
• Ensuring 100 % cash deposits of the delivered shipments through BM & cash officers.
• Verify pending shipments & cash submitted by courier to DB and In house.
• Identify risks and suggest process improvements to prevent recurring discrepancies.
• AR Balance.
• Maintain accurate logs of reconciled transactions and pending items.
• Assist in preparing reconciliation reports for internal audits review.
• Month-end and year-end closing activities with clean reconciliations.
• Preparing audit report and recommending / executing disciplinary actions through ZBH / RHOs.
• Liaise with field staff, finance, customer service, and operations to resolve disputes or mismatches.
• Collaborate with tech teams to improve reconciliation automation tools.
• Outlook and set in order of Ops Hall.
• Courier outlook and KIT.
• Cross checking for Valid Un-Delivered reasons updating in system at courier and DB part.
• Pending shipments with valid reason in system.
• Short received Vs timely intimation follow-up with origin.

Specifications:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reconciliation tools.
• Working knowledge of ERP or LCS Portals.
• Ability to manage large data sets and multi-tasking.
• Strong communication skills to deal with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
