Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths abroad.
As a Student Counselor, you will:
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to prospective students.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and countries.
- Assist with admission applications and documentation.
- Handle student queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Maintain follow-ups with students and ensure timely application submissions.
- Achieve monthly targets of student conversions and admissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- At least 01–2 years of experience in student counseling/admissions (preferably overseas education).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English & Urdu fluency required).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational & follow-up skills.
