Technical Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Technical Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a fresh BSCS graduate with strong problem-solving skills, clear technical concepts, and good communication abilities. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues reported by clients while ensuring timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to clients and resolve reported issues efficiently.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Document client issues and solutions in a structured and organized way.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and maintaining internal tools or systems.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear understanding of computer networks, databases, and system fundamentals.
- Basic working knowledge of Python (scripting or automation tasks preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
