Job Title:* Figma Developer / UI Designer

*About the Role:*

We're looking for a talented *Figma Developer / UI Designer* who can translate client requirements into beautiful, user-friendly designs. You'll be working with international clients, primarily during U.S. business hours, so excellent communication and time management skills are essential.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Create high-quality UI/UX designs in *Figma* based on client requirements and brand guidelines

* Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate implementation

* Present design concepts and wireframes clearly and confidently

* Iterate on feedback and deliver final design assets in a timely manner

*Requirements:*

* Proficiency in *Figma* (mandatory)

* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles

* Experience in responsive and mobile-first design

* Ability to work independently and manage time across time zones

* Prior experience with Ousystems is a plus

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Experience working in agile or remote teams

* Knowledge of basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) is a plus

* Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (must include Figma work)
