Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Store Manager, located in Mianwali District. The Deputy Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the store team, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and uphold company policies and safety standards. The role also includes assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, minimizing losses, and maintaining a professional and efficient retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to foster a positive shopping experience.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with customers effectively.
• Experience in Store Management and Retail operations, with a focus on daily operations and meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention methods to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company protocols.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and guide a team, fostering a productive work environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain operational efficiency.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
