Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SQA Analyst (Female) to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our development, digital marketing, SEO, content & calls. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed, effective test cases and test scenarios.
• Execute a full range of testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and sanity testing on web, SEO, content.
• Identify, document, and track software defects with precise detail and steps to reproduce using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Summary Reports.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar to validate back-end services and data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure clear understanding of requirements and prompt resolution of issues.
• Analyze test results, report on testing status, and provide meaningful quality metrics to the team and management.
• Participate in requirement review meetings and provide feedback on design from a testability and user perspective.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by suggesting and implementing new tools and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year experience in a software quality assurance role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proven experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of API testing and SQL for database validation.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly report bugs and interact with the development team.
• Quality Focus: A strong dedication to software quality and a passion for the user experience.

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Adapts well to change and can adjust testing priorities effectively based on project needs.

Shift Timings: (2 PM - 11 PM) Mon-Fri
