We are looking for a creative Content Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and grow our brand visibility across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and engagement strategies, and the ability to create both textual and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging, original, and brand-aligned content for posts, articles, and stories.
  • Develop LinkedIn-specific strategies to enhance engagement, visibility, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Tech) to highlight company culture, projects, and achievements.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content marketing.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing and content strategy.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and content scheduling tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
