Position Overview:

We're seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer with deep Fintech expertise. Your mission will be crafting, building, and launching robust, high-efficiency applications. You'll collaborate with our product visionaries, creative designers, and engineering talent to build seamless financial technology experiences that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate financial technology projects from ideation to delivery—orchestrating strategy, blueprinting, development, testing, and deployment stages.
  • Hands on experience on Azure, CI CD & Devops
  • Construct fortress-like, scalable backend frameworks while establishing fluid integrations with third-party services and APIs.
  • Develop dynamic, user-friendly frontend experiences that captivate users.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to convert commercial objectives into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application efficiency, guaranteeing systems that can evolve and endure.
  • Remain immersed in cutting-edge financial technology innovations, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer with 2+ years' expertise in financial technology.
  • Command of modern frontend technologies such as Flutter.
  • Strong backend engineering skills utilizing , Python, or similar stacks.
  • Have experience building multimodal chat interfaces that support interactive communication
  • Practical Flutter proficiency for multi-platform mobile application creation.
  • Adept at working with database systems (SQL and NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and micro services architecture.
  • Thorough understanding of financial technology security standards, compliance frameworks, and data protection principles.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities and agility in fast-moving environments.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication prowess to enhance cross-team collaboration.
  • Implement Security Protocols required for Fintech applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence-driven financial applications or machine learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with payment platforms, e-wallets, and financial transaction ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in deploying, managing, and scaling applications in cloud environments like Azure, AWS etc.
  • 2+ years expertise in building fintech applications.
  • Proven experience in Flutter, , Devops, Azure.
  • Have experience building multimodal chat interfaces that support interactive communication
