Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Gutenburg Developer. The Gutenburg Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom WordPress Gutenberg blocks. Daily tasks include coding WP plugins, debugging, customizing WordPress sites, integrating third-party APIs, and ensuring optimal site performance. In addition, the developer will also collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality user experience and responsive design.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in plugin development and Gutenberg block development
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme customization, and best practices
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent experience
