Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Security Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective shift scheduling, managing staff attendance, maintaining accurate employee records, and serving as a key communication link between employees, clients, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule security officers to ensure all shifts are adequately covered.
• Follow up with employees regarding lateness and absences, and document reasons accordingly.
• Communicate with clients in a timely manner regarding resource changes, staff delays, or incident reports.
• Upload and update employee data in company software systems.
• Respond promptly to queries received from clients and staff via phone and email.
• Monitor open shifts and ensure they are filled without delay.
• Prepare, update, and complete daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate with the front office team to support seamless operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in a Security Control Room or similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
