Job Summary:

Iberianz is looking for a motivated Trainee Digital Marketing - Female to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and content creation. This role is ideal for recent graduates, students, or anyone looking to start a career in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain social media organic accounts for clients.
  • Prepare and manage weekly reports across departments, acting as a communication bridge between teams.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as drafting and sending proposals.
  • Create and edit presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Work with platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, MS Word, and other marketing-related software.
  • Support social media campaign planning and execution.
  • Assist in content creation for various digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new ideas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Meta Business Suite, and MS Word.
  • Basic understanding of social media and content creation.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Canva, or WordPress is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
