Job Title:
 Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer
Overview:

We are seeking a mid-level full-stack developer to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using 
NestJS
, 
ReactJS
, and modern DevOps tools. You will work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers to deliver performant, maintainable, and secure systems.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using 
    NestJS
     and 
    PostgreSQL
    .
  • Build responsive and performant UIs using 
    ReactJS
    .
  • Design and integrate message-based workflows using 
    RabbitMQ
    .
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices.
  • Containerize applications using 
    Docker
     and manage deployments on 
    AWS
    .
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using 
    GitHub Actions
    .
  • Collaborate with designers, other developers, and project leads to deliver features on time.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across the stack.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years
     of professional experience as a full-stack or backend-heavy developer.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    TypeScript
    .
  • Proven experience with 
    NestJS
     (or ExpressJS with TypeScript).
  • Strong grasp of 
    ReactJS
     and frontend state management.
  • Experience with 
    Tamagui
     or similar React Native–compatible UI kits is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of 
    message queues
     (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
  • Experience with 
    PostgreSQL
    , schema design, and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with 
    AWS services
     (ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, or Lambda).
  • Experience with 
    Docker
     and container orchestration concepts.
  • Knowledge of 
    CI/CD pipelines
     using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK).
  • Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis).
  • Exposure to performance monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive approach to learning and improving systems.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
