Job Overview

Horti Club, a leading horticulture and landscape management company, is seeking a highly disciplined and result-oriented General Manager to oversee company operations, project execution, and team performance. This position is exclusively open to only Retired Colonel who have retired between 2020 and the present.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day company operations and workforce.
• Ensure smooth execution of horticulture and landscape projects across different sites.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and discipline within teams.
• Prepare progress reports and provide strategic input to management.
• Oversee administrative, logistical, and financial activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Rank: Retired Colonel from the Pakistan Army.
• Retirement Period: 2020 till present (Mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in management, supervision, or operations roles preferred.
• Ability to manage large teams and ensure discipline and accountability.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Faisalabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs200,000.00 per month
