Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coffee Maker located in Lahore. The Coffee Maker will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee beverages to the highest standards, operating coffee-making equipment, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Daily tasks also include managing inventory of supplies, assisting with food preparation as needed, and fostering a welcoming environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Barista experience and knowledge of coffee preparation
• Customer Service experience with a focus on creating positive interactions
• Food Preparation skills for handling additional menu items
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
• Experience in a similar role or relevant training is a plus
