Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer, located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project estimation, evaluating project costs, conducting research, and negotiating with suppliers and clients. Daily tasks also include analyzing blueprints, proposals, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

Qualifications

  • BOQ and Project Estimation skills
  • Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles
  • Research and Analytical skills
  • Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in estimation or similar roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
