We are on the lookout for:

1.Network Engineers who can ensure the seamless operation of our network infrastructure.

2.System Engineers who can architect and maintain robust systems.

3.Senior Network Engineers with extensive experience to lead and innovate in our network development projects.

4.Information Security Engineer to safeguard our organization's critical assets and data.

What You'll Do:

1. Resolve technical inquiries via various communication channels (chat, email, phone).
2. Assist customers in selecting the right products based on technical and budgetary considerations.
3. Provide professional guidance to customers visiting our site, ensuring a seamless experience.
4. Collaborate with customers and vendors on service level agreements and after-delivery support.
5. Conduct online customer support, assisting with installations and troubleshooting.

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree (BE/BS) with relevant certifications in systems, networking, and information security.
2. 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in an environment with over 200 nodes.
3. Expertise in network installation and maintenance, system deployment, and information security.
4. Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to engage in professional communication.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
6. Eagerness to learn and enhance your knowledge of products.
7. CCNA/CCNP certified or any other relevant certification.

Shift: Night 6pm-3am Rotational
