We are looking for a Games & Experience Designer who can craft innovative mechanics, systems, and player journeys from concept to polished release. Your Role

  • Design engaging game mechanics, systems, and progression loops
  • Create and maintain design documentation, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Balance gameplay for fun, fairness, and replayability
  • Split design tasks, track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery
  • Design engaging and fair game economies that support long-term player retention and stickiness
  • Conduct playtests, carefully analyze player feedback, and come up with practical design solutions
  • Define onboarding flows, UX, and player retention strategies
  • Perform full quality assurance before release
  • Research player psychology, trends, and competitor titles to design across diverse genres, focusing on strong ideas and dropping weaker ones
  • Lead and collaborate with the team to deliver the vision while adapting designs to technical limitations
  • Hands-on with game engines, creative tools, and data collection, able to design levels, sketch ideas, and provide supporting assets to achieve design goals

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional game design experience
  • Ability to document designs clearly and communicate across teams
  • Strong understanding of gameplay loops, balance, and player motivation
  • Knowledge of economy design, progression systems, and LiveOps basics
  • Experience working with games development tools
  • Passion for crafting fun, accessible, and memorable player experiences
