Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, engaging audiences, and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Understand and align social media efforts with client goals and brand voice.

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop platform-specific content strategies and create engaging visuals, captions, and reels.

Platform-Specific Expertise: Utilize platform features (e.g., Facebook and Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Yelp reviews, Google Review Management) to enhance visibility.

Scheduling & Posting: Manage post scheduling and monitor performance using social media tools.

Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster an interactive community.

GMB Management: Optimize Google My Business profiles for visibility and local engagement.

Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns for better ROI.

Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and experiment with new formats.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of GMB, SEO, and ad campaign management.
