who can simplify complex financial flows into
trustworthy, seamless, and engaging user experiences

Key Responsibilities

User-Centric Design:

• Design
  end-to-end user journeys

across app and web: install → KYC → first transaction→ repeat transactions
- Create
wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

that reduce friction at critical funnel points.
- Ensure
simplicity in complex flows

: KYC document upload, exchange rate visibility, transaction tracking.

Trust & Compliance by Design:

• Integrate
  trust signals

(regulatory approvals, fee transparency, security badges) into interfaces.
- Design flows that comply with
financial regulations (KYC/AML)

while keeping user experience simple.
- Prioritize
error handling and feedback states

(failed transactions, document rejections) with empathy and clarity.

Design Systems & Consistency:

• Build and maintain a
  scalable design system

(typography, color palettes, icons, components) tailored for fintech.
- Ensure
multi-platform consistency

across iOS, Android, and web.
- Adapt components for
multi-language support

(Urdu, Bengali, Amharic, Arabic) and right-to-left (RTL) layouts.

Research & Testing:

• Conduct
  usability testing

on high-impact flows (onboarding, transaction, referrals).
- Run
A/B experiments

to optimize conversion rates (e.g., CTA wording, KYC flow variations).
- Gather
qualitative feedback

from diaspora users to understand pain points across corridors.

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Partner with
  product managers

to align designs with roadmap priorities.
- Work closely with
engineers

to ensure smooth handoff, pixel-perfect implementation, and responsive design.
- Collaborate with
marketing and CRM

to design campaign assets, landing pages, and lifecycle content.

Continuous Optimization:

• Analyze
  performance metrics

(conversion rates, drop-off points, heatmaps) to guide iterations.
- Stay updated on
fintech UX trends

: biometric authentication, instant transaction tracking, conversational interfaces.
- Proactively propose design improvements for
conversion, retention, and accessibility

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years in
  UI/UX design

for
fintech, payments, or high-traffic consumer apps

.
- Strong portfolio showcasing
app + web design

with emphasis on
conversion-focused flows

.
- Expertise in
Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

, with proficiency in prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie).
- Understanding of
front-end development basics

(HTML, CSS, responsive design).
- Experience designing for
multi-language, multi-market platforms

- Familiarity with
usability testing tools

(Maze, User Testing, Hotjar).
- Strong grounding in
designing for accessibility and inclusivity

- Bonus: Experience with
motion design, micro interactions, or fintech-specific UI kits
