Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Town Planner based in Lahore. The Town Planner will be responsible for developing comprehensive plans and programs for land use, ensuring sustainable development and community needs are balanced. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site assessments, meeting with stakeholders, preparing reports, reviewing planning applications, and liaising with local authorities. The role also involves conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations regarding zoning and land use.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in urban planning, land use planning, and zoning regulations
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other relevant planning software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning.
  • Experience in sustainable development and environmental planning is a plus
