Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database and physical files.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and notices as required.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and resolving routine HR issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

1–3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
