PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, and electronically through email;
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
  • Follow standard help desk procedures;
  • Log interactions and administer help desk software;
  • Establish and maintain service levels;
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, monitor network implementations, and manage network device alarms;
  • Provide regular status reports on tasks accomplished and ongoing issues;
  • Maintain and support the communications network server software and hardware.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Strong concepts of IP routing & network designing.

  2. Good troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems.

  3. Knowledge of wireless access controllers and access points.

  4. Intermediate knowledge of network systems design principles and standards.

  5. Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper or Huawei equipment and technologies.

  6. Ability to work in teams and independently with candid professional attitude and excellent analytical skills.

  7. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Willing to work in shifts (24x7).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
