Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Murīdke for a TikTok Shop Expert. The primary responsibilities include managing TikTok Shop operations, creating and optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and using analytics to drive growth. Other tasks include developing and implementing strategies to increase product visibility, engaging with customers to address queries, and staying updated on new TikTok Shop trends and features.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing TikTok Shop, including creating and optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management
• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and engagement strategies tailored specifically for TikTok
• Strong data analysis skills to monitor sales performance and implement data-driven strategies to boost growth
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach for handling inquiries and maintaining a positive brand presence
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends, particularly new features or updates to the TikTok Shop platform
• Previous experience in e-commerce operations or TikTok Shop is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
