We're expanding our marketing team and are looking for a skilled
SEO Specialist
who can take full ownership of our organic growth initiatives.

Role Overview

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy across all ForthLogic products and platforms. You'll lead technical audits, optimize content, and drive sustainable organic traffic growth that converts into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO & Site Optimization

  • Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and implement actionable fixes
  • Optimize website structure, navigation, and URL hierarchy
  • Enhance site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance tracking tools
  • Implement structured data and schema markup

Keyword Research & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain keyword strategies across web, blog, and paid media
  • Research high-intent keywords for target industries and buyer personas
  • Provide keyword insights for ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor SERP trends and competitor keyword performance

Content Optimization & Strategy

  • Create SEO-optimized articles, landing pages, and blogs targeting niche markets
  • Craft compelling meta titles, descriptions, and on-page structures
  • Optimize existing pages for ranking and conversion improvements
  • Build strong internal linking frameworks to enhance discoverability

Authority & Growth Building

  • Develop link-building and domain authority strategies
  • Identify high-quality directories, guest posting, and PR opportunities
  • Track backlinks and monitor domain trust metrics
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify content and ranking opportunities

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
  • Build automated SEO performance dashboards and reports
  • Analyze user behavior to identify optimization opportunities
  • Report actionable insights and growth strategies monthly

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in B2B or SaaS)
  • Strong command of English writing and content optimization
  • Proven track record in technical SEO and organic growth campaigns
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta keyword strategy alignment
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic site architecture
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
  • Self-driven and able to manage projects independently in a remote setup
