Job Description:

Are you passionate about automobiles and skilled in sharing your knowledge with others? We are seeking an experienced Automotive Trainer to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Trainer, you will play a vital role in educating and training our staff in automotive technology, repair, and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for automotive technicians and service advisors.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions to demonstrate proper procedures for vehicle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
• Create training materials, presentations, and manuals to support learning objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees to ensure mastery of skills.
• Maintain a safe and organized training environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician or service advisor.
• Proven track record of success in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in training and development preferred.
• ASE certification(s) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs Rs1,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
