System Analyst

Position Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Engineering is typically required.

Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

• Professional certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or equivalent are advantageous.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and blueprints for system architecture and functionality.
• Strong proficiency in ERP software design, with a comprehensive understanding of ERP architecture and major functional modules including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales.
• Hands-on knowledge of leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of core business processes, workflows, and process mapping to ensure system alignment with organizational objectives.
• Familiarity with system integration methodologies and API frameworks.
• Experience working with database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle Database, and MySQL.
• Practical experience in SQL development and queries.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in system analysis and design.
• Proven track record of designing and overseeing the development of at least one complete ERP system from inception to implementation.
