Role

Own multi-channel paid acquisition and hit CAC/ROAS targets across web, mobile, and Telegram.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute paid media strategy across the funnel (KYC → activation → retention).
  • Run and optimize: Google Ads & YouTube, Meta, Twitter/X, Reddit, Apple Search Ads, DV360/StackAdapt, Telegram Ads, and crypto-native (Coinzilla, CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Brave, newsletter sponsorships).
  • Implement tracking: GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, conversion APIs, clean UTMs, event schemas.
  • Manage budgets/pacing, forecast, and scale winners via structured testing.
  • Partner with design/content on high-performing creatives and landing pages.
  • Ensure strict policy compliance for restricted categories.
  • Report weekly with insights and next steps.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years managing paid media with real budget ownership.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strength in at least two: Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram, Apple Search Ads, TikTok.
  • Hands-on in crypto/Web3/fintech/DeFi/exchanges/wallets/gaming.
  • Analytical, experimentation-driven; strong with cohorts and performance modeling.
  • Clear communicator; effective in remote, async teams.

Nice to Have

  • Programmatic (DV360, StackAdapt), mobile attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust, SKAN).
  • On-chain analytics (Dune, Flipside, Nansen), anti-fraud (ClickCease, CHEQ, Human).
