Position Title: Finance Manager

Experience Required: 7–8 Years

Location: 3 Days in Sialkot Office + 3 Days in Lahore Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 7–8 years of professional experience in finance, accounts, and strategic planning. The role requires presence across both Sialkot and Lahore, ensuring smooth financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and reporting for both locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee daily financial operations in both Sialkot and Lahore offices.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for financial performance and cost control.
  • Ensure timely closing of accounts as per company deadlines.

2. Accounting & Compliance

  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and financial records.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage cash flow, funds planning, and banking relationships.
  • Oversee payments, vendor settlements, and collection cycles.
  • Implement effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

4. Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support management in strategic decision-making through financial insights.
  • Conduct profitability analysis, cost-benefit studies, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in feasibility reports for new projects, investments, or expansions.
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline finance-related processes.

5. Team Leadership & Cross-Location Coordination

  • Lead and mentor finance teams across Sialkot and Lahore.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and alignment of financial procedures between both offices.
  • Conduct periodic training for staff on financial policies and system updates.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting standards, taxation, and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently across two locations.

Educational Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CA (Inter), or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule

  • 3 days/week in Sialkot office
  • 3 days/week in Lahore office
