Full Job Description

We're looking for energetic and goal-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our outbound Lead Generation team. In this role, you will contact potential customers, gather key information, verify details, and qualify leads for our sales team. Your ability to engage prospects and identify opportunities will play a vital part in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospects to gather information and generate qualified leads

* Engage customers using a friendly, professional, and confident phone presence

* Follow scripts and qualification criteria to identify high-quality leads

* Verify customer information, clarify details, and ensure data accuracy

* Capture all relevant details in the CRM system

* Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and call productivity targets

* Collaborate with the sales team by handing off qualified leads and sharing insights

Qualifications

* Experience in lead generation, outbound calling, customer service, or sales preferred

* Strong communication and active listening skills

* Ability to build quick rapport and handle objections professionally

* Attention to detail when gathering and verifying information

* Comfortable working with CRM tools and following structured workflows

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
