Generative AI Artists
, visual thinkers who can turn ideas into systems of imagination.

In this role, you'll explore how human creativity and machine intelligence can coexist to produce new forms of cinematic and visual storytelling.

You'll work alongside our creative director and researchers to train, prompt, and refine AI models, creating work that feels both artistic and intelligent.

Responsibilities

  • Create & Innovate:
    Generate stunning visuals, scenes and compositions using generative AI tools such as Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway, ComfyUI, Leonardo and Sora.

  • Human-AI Collaboration:
    Develop workflows that merge artistic direction with machine intelligence, crafting imagery that carries emotional and conceptual depth.

  • Prompt Engineering:
    Research and develop effective prompt structures for aesthetic consistency and narrative control across projects.

  • Visual Consistency:
    Collaborate with art directors to ensure a unified visual tone across campaigns, films and experimental projects.

  • Concept Development:
    Collaborate with scriptwriters and art directors to translate creative briefs into polished concepts, moodboards and prototypes for films and brand projects.

  • AI Tool Mastery:
    Experiment with new generative models and contribute feedback to Lume's internal AI research teams to improve creative model performance.

  • Creative Research:
    Document experiments and findings for cross department collaboration within the Research Labs.

  • Knowledge Sharing:
    Contribute to building internal visual datasets and artistic references that guide future AI model fine tuning.
