Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build new and maintain existing web-based applications.
  • Ensure the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.
  • Translate wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web applications.
  • Active involvement in client communication to understand functional requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables.
  • Capable of quickly learning and implementing new tools/technologies.
  • Work with development teams and managers to ideate software solutions.
  • Work collaboratively to develop software using modern software development principles and state-of-the-art technologies in a cross-functional agile development environment.
  • Candidates must be coachable and willing to learn from their supervisors and colleagues.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months
    of relevant industry experience in front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end development using React.
  • Experience with backend technologies including , , and MongoDB.
  • Strong proficiency in building CMS-driven websites (WordPress, Shopify); preference given to candidates with Webflow experience.
  • Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and state management frameworks like Redux.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server side.
  • Fluent knowledge of the latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices.
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes and Docker for containerization.
  • Good grasp of UI / UX concepts.
  • Knowledge of server-side Python programming language is a plus.
  • Experience working with Git.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate in English effectively.
