We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Trainee Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a passionate designer looking to build a strong portfolio while contributing to a wide range of digital and print marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging visual content for various marketing assets, including websites, presentation decks, brochures, sell sheets, and advertisements (both print and digital).

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling brand-aligned visuals.

Work closely with web developers to ensure design consistency and functionality when pages are developed in WordPress.

Contribute to layout, typography, and branding efforts across all digital touchpoints.

Support in the creation of social media graphics, email banners, and event-related visuals as needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva is required; knowledge of additional tools (Illustrator, Figma, etc.) is a plus.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout composition.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
