Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Admin and Front Desk Officer. The Admin and Front Desk Officer will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, managing office equipment, and handling office administration tasks. Day-to-day tasks include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, coordinating with staff and visitors, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and administrative functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling Office Equipment
  • Proficient in Office Administration tasks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
