TechTics is a robotics-based startup incubated at ICCBS Technology Park at Karachi University. Our goal is to provide STEM-based education and R&D platforms in the field of Robotics. We offer open-source opportunities to students in Pakistan, collaborating with Aga Khan Education Board to provide free training throughout the community. We aim to create R&D opportunities for mechatronics students while also offering training programs for teachers to incorporate robotics into their curriculum. We are expanding partnerships to enhance educational and practical learning experiences in robotics.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a STEAM Instructor, located in the Karachi Division. The STEAM Instructor will be responsible for planning and conducting lessons focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive lectures, and engaging students in hands-on activities. The instructor will also be responsible for evaluating student performance, providing feedback, and facilitating a collaborative learning environment. Additionally, the STEAM Instructor may participate in community outreach and training programs.

Qualifications

Strong background in Engineering

Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional delivery

Proficient in interactive teaching methods and hands-on activities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to inspire and engage students with diverse learning styles

Experience with educational technology and robotics is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field

Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting
