About Us

Master Terry Academy (MTA) is building one of the fastest-growing affiliate programs in the world. Our affiliates promote The Empathy & Accountability Bible and related content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. We provide them with done-for-you content so they can focus on sharing, not designing.

We're looking for a creative but system-oriented Graphic Designer to help us build a template library that affiliates can easily customize. Think: simple "coloring book" style templates where users swap colors, images, or short clips without breaking the design.

Responsibilities

  • Design 10–20 branded Canva templates (carousels, quote cards, book promo graphics, reels covers, etc.).
  • Adapt templates for multiple platforms (IG feed, TikTok/FB Reels, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts).
  • Create viral-video overlay templates where motivational text or speech can be added to trending clips.
  • Build a Canva Brand Kit (fonts, colors, logo placement) to ensure visual consistency.
  • Provide a step-by-step guide so non-designers (our affiliates) can easily swap background colors, images, or text.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing social media content (portfolio required).
  • Strong Canva skills (mandatory — our affiliates use Canva, not Photoshop).
  • Ability to balance creativity with simplicity (our users are not designers).
  • Understanding of content formats for IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and FB is a big plus.
