We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Islamabad (I-8 Office) | Full-time, In-Office

Apex Surveillance is a fast-growing provider of
live video monitoring and AI-driven security solutions
. We specialize in protecting construction sites, commercial plazas, residential communities, and industrial properties with proactive, real-time surveillance.

We are looking for a
Sales & Marketing Manager
to join our team and lead our marketing, branding, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize
    social media ads & campaigns
  • Oversee all
    social media accounts and content posting
  • Generate and
    nurture leads
    , reach out to potential clients, and
    close deals
  • Develop and execute
    creative marketing strategies
    to boost brand visibility
  • Create
    engaging videos, graphics, and posts
    to drive awareness
  • Implement SEO strategies
    to maximize digital reach and online visibility
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales & marketing goals

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    as a Sales & Marketing Manager (or similar role)
  • Strong background in
    social media marketing, SEO, lead generation, and B2B sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
    (Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • Full-time, in-office
    role from our Islamabad I-8 office
