About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female Project Manager to join our team. The selected candidate must have strong expertise in managing web technology projects and be fully proficient in Jira. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple web-based projects from initiation to delivery.

Use Jira extensively for project tracking, sprint planning, reporting, and team management.

Coordinate with design, development, QA, and client relations teams to ensure alignment.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain accountability.

Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Continuously optimize project management processes and best practices.

Requirements

Female candidates only (role-specific requirement).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field.

2–4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in web technologies.

Proficiency in Jira is a must (task assignments, workflows, dashboards, reporting).

Strong understanding of web development processes, frameworks, and tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
