Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for design, along with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, collaborate across departments, and translate concepts into impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities:Develop visual content for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.Present design ideas and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Understand project requirements and provide creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines.Receive and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining design integrity.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.Prepare final files for production and ensure quality control.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other tools is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and layout.
