Key RoleLong-Form Content

  • Assemble multi-scene videos from AI-generated clips (e.g., Veo 3, Runway), ensuring smooth transitions, visual continuity, and engaging storytelling.
  • Integrate AI voiceovers (ElevenLabs, Speechify, etc.), syncing tone, pacing, and lip movement where needed.
  • Apply sound design, graphics, captions, and overlays to enhance narrative flow.
  • Optimize long-form content for YouTube, presentations, or branded campaigns.
  • Maintain accuracy and continuity across AI-generated scenes (voice tone, character alignment, visuals).

Short-Form / Social Media Content

  • Edit raw and AI-generated footage into 
    snackable, high-impact clips
     for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Create compelling hooks and edits tailored to platform algorithms and audience behaviors.
  • Incorporate trending sounds, memes, and pop-culture references to boost virality.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple shareable clips.
  • Ensure platform-specific optimization (aspect ratio, captions, hashtags, duration).

Cross-Functional

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to brainstorm ideas and execute campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on AI video innovation and viral editing styles to keep our content ahead of the curve.
  • Manage multiple projects under fast timelines without compromising on quality.
  • Continuously refine workflows to 
    streamline AI-assisted editing
     and boost output.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in both 
    long-form editing
     (YouTube, branded videos, narrative content) and 
    short-form viral content
     (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts).
  • Strong technical expertise with AI tools: Veo 3, Runway, Pika, etc.
  • Proficiency in AI voice generation: ElevenLabs, Speechify, or similar.
  • Advanced skills in traditional editing software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut.
  • Deep understanding of meme culture, viral hooks, pacing, and music/sound sync.
  • Strong eye for detail: continuity, accuracy, and narrative flow.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and pivot edits on fast timelines.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior work with creators, startups, or brands focused on digital-first content.
  • Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing to optimize video performance.
  • Understanding of narrative pacing, voice acting, and emotional delivery in AI-enhanced content.
  • Basic motion graphics/animation skills to boost engagement.
