Overview

Seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the design and content team. The role requires a strong grasp of basic design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to create visually appealing assets. Familiarity with AI-based creative tools or the willingness to learn them is essential. Experience in creating explainer videos, simple motion graphics, or basic animations is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal communication.
  • Support the team in developing layouts, graphics, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in producing explainer videos and basic motion graphics/animations.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback from the design and content team.
  • Use or learn AI-based creative tools to speed up and enhance design workflows.
  • Maintain organized files, design libraries, and project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred) or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or experience with explainer video creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) or readiness to learn them.
  • Ability to work under supervision, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the content and design teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic animation or video editing skills.
  • Creative thinking with a proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
