Job Summary:
Lead and manage commissioning and start-up activities for large Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring safe and timely handover to the client. Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and client teams to deliver successful commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules.
- Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process systems.
- Lead and supervise commissioning team onsite.
- Interface with clients for FAT, SAT, and handover.
- Review and approve commissioning documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Report progress and resolve commissioning issues.
- Support training and handover to client operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical).
- 15+ years in Oil & Gas EPC commissioning, with leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of process and control systems.
