Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Planning Manager to work closely with the CEO in driving strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with the flexibility to manage diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in day-to-day business planning and operations.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and visual data for strategic decision-making.
  • Record meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Travel locally and internationally with the CEO/CTO as required.
  • Support investor relations, client communications, and external engagements.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and travel logistics for the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in business planning, business management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Flexibility to accommodate frequent travel and extended working hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
