We are seeking a skilled MEP Mechanical Draftsman with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in preparing HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting shop drawings based on project requirements.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create accurate MEP layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for drawing reviews and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and local building codes.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering/Drafting or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant MEP drafting experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is a plus).
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
