Overview
We are looking for a senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in digital and payment solutions to join our growing fintech team. The selected candidate will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the design and delivery of innovative payment products.
This role requires solid domain knowledge in payment systems and digital financial services, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for analyzing complex requirements, designing efficient payment processes, and ensuring solutions meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality fintech solutions.

Position Reports to: Product Owner

Responsibilities:
  • Capture, refine, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital payment products.
  • Translate high-level business needs into well-structured epics and detailed user stories.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, designers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact product features.
  • Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to shape and refine the product roadmap for digital and payment solutions.
  • Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release activities to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Track daily progress of development items and actively participate in scrum ceremonies.
  • Study market trends, customer expectations, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and strengthen product positioning.
  • Perform business process and data analysis to improve digital payment workflows and drive operational efficiency.
  • Prepare clear insights, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership to support decision-making.
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts, helping them adopt best practices for market- and customer-driven product analysis.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (including AI-based tools) and techniques such as process mapping, data flow diagrams, and use case development.
  • Advanced skills in documentation and workflow tools: MS Word, PowerPoint, Miro, Confluence.
  • Understanding of YAML for configuration management.
  • Knowledge of API integration, database concepts, and system architecture fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SCRUM practices, and backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
