Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Worker located in Vehari. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing direct support and resources to underprivileged individuals and families. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, developing support plans, coordinating with other service providers, and advocating for clients' needs. The role also involves conducting home visits, organizing community outreach programs, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in social work, counseling, and case management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop support plans and coordinate with service providers
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records and case files
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with diverse populations
• Knowledge of local community resources and services
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or relevant field
• Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
