Key Responsibilities

  • Create social media posts, carousels, short videos, GIFs, and visuals based on provided briefs.
  • Write clear, engaging captions and copy aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone.
  • Adapt and repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain content libraries, asset folders, and creative archives for ongoing use.
  • Support in brainstorming sessions and share creative input on visuals and messaging.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to enhance engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media design roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Good understanding of copywriting principles and digital content trends.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, and Google ad creatives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for ideation and content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney).
  • Basic understanding of content strategy and analytics.
